Experience: I've purchased a condo and a REO SFH, both of which were/are primary residences. I am a licensed broker. I have also "house hacked" by running an AirBnB out of my primary residence. Real Estate Goals: Long term, to own 5-10 good cash flowing properties in the Indianapolis area, all that rent over $1000/month. I'd like to branch out to vacation rentals as well, specifically in the Gatlinburg, TN area.
