Rental Property Investor
We got our first one in March 2016 and the second one in September 2016. Our 3rd rental property acquired in September 2018 so we are thrilled with our successful growth in the last few years. (We are reaching our goal faster than we thought so I may need to raise the bar) I am senior manager (P.Eng - mechanical engineer) managing large business operations across Canada but my true love is real estate. So ... I am always seeking for investment opportunities and JV partners to grow and succeed together.
