I own a third of 46 apartment units outside of Portland, OR with my siblings. Own/operate five doors in New Haven County CT with a partner. Have another unit myself and looking to add another 2 BR unit. Also have a number of passive RE investments and have done a major flip. Focusing on buy/hold residential.
