I’ve been a real estate investor for 37 years doing fix & holds and fix & flips and even a couple raw land deals. My first 3 properties were small multifamilies & now, many years later, I’m back to my roots. I am investing in multifamily units in the southeast and I am currently looking at properties in NC, SC & GA with an emphasis on Atlanta. Once I secure a property, I will be offering investors the opportunity to invest alongside me.
