I'm in my Mid 50s and I want to have a stable income without showing up for work every day. I am self employed. And have been for 20 years. I like my day job, but I have not had a vacation in several years. Experience: I have lived in my own home for 22 years. 10 years ago I bought a small building I rent to myself. In December I bought a rental unit with 3 apartments. Real Estate Goals: A nice retirement income. Currently Seeking: A mentor and another property.
