I own several rental properties and I am seeking to add more to build long term equity. Recently I have been doing some flips with private investors. I have completed 3 this year and have started on 4 and 5. I welcome the opportunity to look at additional flip opportunities. I also have done BRRR twice. I am seeking like minded investors to network with and share connctions. I hold a brokers license, have worked in general real estate as a successful listing agent, and spent many years in new home sales and sales management.
