I'm a newbie to real estate investing. I'm 36 with a wife and 2 kids and have a day job as a Software Engineer. Experience: I've purchased my first home in 2002, turned it into a rental in 2008, bought my now primary residence in 2011, and now i've listed my first home in 2015. I don't have much experience, but would love to keep the sale income from my first home and re-invest it into real estate. Real Estate Goals: I want to give real estate investment a good 10 years to see if it can generate enough income for me to transition to it full time (quitting my day job). Ultimately financial freedom and more time with my family is the goal. Currently Seeking: Multi family and Single family buy and hold deals in Kitsap County Washington State. Also interested in possibly turnkey out of state rentals.
