Eduard Friesen

Originally from Germany and now living in Cyprus, I built a short-term rental property management business with a strong focus on operations. I currently manage 50 units and run the business with my own in-house team for cleaning, maintenance, laundry, logistics, and remote guest support. Over time, I became obsessed with building better systems and processes to keep everything running smoothly and scalable, which is also why I created my own internal software for turnovers, finances, maintenance, training, and team coordination. Always interested in exchanging ideas with other operators and learning how people are solving the real day-to-day challenges of this business.
