Hi, my name is Edward, I am 44 years of age and reside in central Massachusetts. I am an HVAC Tech, I've been with the same company for a little over eight years, when i started with the company they sold out the following year. The new company merged two companies together, at this time the layoffs started happening for many months, there was one or two coworkers being let go every Friday. The uncertainty steered me to investing into my first rental property. Things have gotten much better at my place of employment so i went dormant on real estate for awhile.
