Recent Graduate from Old Dominion University (2017). Since settling down in the area, I gain an interest in achieving financial freedom through real estate investing. Short-Term Goal: - Buy my first investment property by March 2020 (my 25th birthday) Long-Term Goal: - Replace my salary and leave wage paying work by 2030 (when I am 35) so that I can enjoy my newborn son's teen years and support him through everything. For this goal, I would need ~$5,000/month in passive income. I look forward to growing my knowledge base and connecting to the many experts.
