Eduardo Fernandez

I have been involved in real estate since I can remember. My family has been in construction for over 35 years and we have always invested. We learned our greatest lesson in the early 90's. At that time, my family didn't understand the concept of leverage and we went belly up. After college, I left for Chicago to work in the finanical markets on the CBOT, CME, clearing operations, and for a short time at UBS. During that time, I obtained my series 3, 7, and 66 which are now expired. Made several good contacts and amazing friends. That was the best experience a young man could ever ask for. Returned to California, went back into construction, and obtained my general contractors license. Closed on some foreclosures, completed rehab projects, and became addicted to figuring out the commercial market. I understand enough but know that it's impossible to know it all.
