I am determined and very motivated to leave my 9-5 desk job, and I would like to start by earning huge chunks of income (via flipping or wholesaling) to stabilize my buy and hold portfolio later down the road. **Update** Recently acquired RE license and excited about what the future brings. Looking to work with investors as well as clients in the Houston market. Going full time in April 2020 and can't wait! I'm ready to take action!
