I am just starting out as an investor. My Grandparents believed in the buy and hold strategy. They used it to fund their retirements. I am looking to invest in real estate for long term passive income in order to secure my family's financial future. Experience: I became an investor by accident. I could not sell for a price I wanted, so I began to rent. Now I believe that it was a blessing in disguise. Real Estate Goals: I want to create passive net income of at least $250K/annually from my investments while keeping my day job.
