Armando Ramirez

My name is Armando. I started in real estate in 2009 as an agent in my home neighborhood of East Harlem in New York City. After watching my neighborhood and others get developed right before my eyes, I moved to Philadelphia in 2016 to participate in that same cycle. My experience as a realtor, property manager, start-up investor, and now licensed general contractor in Philadelphia allow me to help even experienced investors who have lived in Philadelphia all their lives. After completing my first BRRR project in April 2021, I intend to share my experiences throughout the process from buying, to renovating, to renting both units and finally to refinancing hopefully before August 2021.
