Bradley Cordell

I'm primarily a husband, father, investor and project manager.... among other things. I graduated from college with a mechanical engineering degree. After college, I worked as an HVAC project manager on major construction projects for about 10 years. My last project was a $400MM hospital. I co-managed the $58MM mechanical portion of the contract. After 10 years of project management in the construction world, I decided to tackle a major career change. In 2012, I moved my family to Eastern Europe. I worked with a mission agency doing church planting, project management, translation projects, English clubs and a whole lot of other great stuff. In 2020, I transitioned back to life in Birmingham, AL. I continue to work as director of a Ukrainian publishing house. I'm also looking to invest in more buy and hold rental properties. I enjoy dating my wife, activities with my kids, hiking, running, traveling, movies, watching sports, eating great food and working out (so I can eat some more:).
