Experience: I am the owner of Intuitive Property Consulting, a high-touch and results driven consultancy located in Sonoma County, CA My 15+ years of student housing experience serving in eight US markets has afforded me both a strong real estate background and a highly developed business acumen. I am particularly skilled in lease-ups and takeovers. A majority of my profession has been spent coaching new student housing developments and my most proud work comes from the positive impact that I make through mentorship. I am also a licensed real estate professional and have assisted with renovations, capital expenditure projects and have served several ownership groups in advisement of their dream projects from start to finish.
