I have a Bachelors of Arts in History from Christopher Newport University. I met and married my husband who was serving in the Navy at the time. He detached after serving for ten years and accepted a civilian job at a Nuclear Power Plant in Arizona. I left my profession as an archaeologist to become a stay at home mom and am now an Arizona licensed Realtor®. Experience: I have been a renter in college housing in Virginia and four rental houses (1 in VA and 3 in Upstate NY while my husband was serving in the Navy). I sought out and bought our first home, a HUD foreclosure, with a VA mortgage when we moved to Arizona, and we "moved up" once since then. I have read and researched Real Estate since 2003 and I now help buyers and sellers with their real estate goals. Real Estate Goals: Buy and hold for cash flow.
