Elaine Fawcett

I was a landlord with a triplex prior (1998-2008) in Worcester County, MA. My ex-husband and I had plans to continue to add on to our holdings. I ran a fairly successful real estate investing club, had my license, and I offered financial services for landlords and investors. Then life happened and here I am almost 10 years later, starting out again on my own. I had a very good grasp of investing, laws and the market back then. Trying to brush up on recent laws, and expanding to more of New England.
