I'm interested in creating passive income, but I'm still not sure how to go about it. E-commerce also caught my attention, however real estate investing has always been in my mind ever since I read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. I'd like to combine these two interest, but real estate investing will be my main focus. Experience: As a real estate agent. I'm familiar with the sales transaction and being a transaction coordinator. However I'd like to transition to being a real estate investor. Real Estate Goals: I want to create passive income by building a rental portfolio and do flips and maybe wholesale. At the moment my goals are very general, however I plan on making my goals more detailed as I get educated more on real estate investing. Currently Seeking: My broker and I are currently looking for homes to flip.
