Hi everyone! My husband and I moved to Jacksonville, FL in May of 2020 to pursue REI full time after living in Brooklyn, NY and investing out of state sight-unseen starting in 2018. Originally from Miami, FL. We own 13 doors in Jacksonville FL and 1 door in Augusta GA. We have personally done BRRRRs, buy and holds, and seller financed deals. After moving to Jacksonville we started a brokerage called Thirdstone Properties where we help other investors acquire, rehab (if needed), and manage properties in Jacksonville. Currently managing over 550 doors in and around Jacksonville and consistently adding to this portfolio. We love helping newbie and seasoned investors achieve their real estate investment goals, whether it's turn key properties or BRRRR deals. What is my favorite thing to do?
