I have rentals in manteca , ca Experience: I buy property and hold for long term, over 20-30year hold. I dont sell my rentals. Real Estate Goals: I buy rentals to help me with my early retirement and to pay for my Obama care Currently Seeking: I need info for good handyman, locksmith, plumber, electrician, stucco, sheetrock, lawn care and sprinkler system with timer, clean carpets, 90% of the people I call, never show for estimate. I do have a great painter, window repair, flooring new install only, and house cleaning people that show up on time and finish quick. Need someone to evaluate my rentals on paper, is my returns on paper financial look good, is my gross rent multiplier a good number? is my debt coverage ratio good? ROI? what is a good number? i have no idea ? I am in Manteca once a month on Saturdays to get my mail and check my rentals. Unlike others, I do share my numbers, etc, with new members. Being a landlord is not easy, if you don't have a team to help you buy and rehab it.
