I am from Edmond Oklahoma. I have been in the real estate industry for almost 17 years. I own and operate The Property Center, LLC based out of Edmond, Oklahoma. We currently operate in the central Oklahoma market, Tulsa Oklahoma market, Tennessee, and the Dallas/Fort Worth Areas. We have a residential, commercial, and multifamily investment sales division. Along with our brokerage, we have a large property management company that does single-family management, commercial management, multifamily management, POA/HOA, and Condo Association management. We can handle large renovations on any multifamily property, and we do single family renovations. Experience: I have been a licensed realtor for 17 years. In the last 7 years, we have built a property management company from 20 properties to over 6000 doors under management. Real Estate Goals: To become my own biggest client and learn as much as I can day in and day out. I am currently taking my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) courses and my CPM (Certified Property Management) courses. Currently Seeking: Knowledge, investors, and property buyers or property owners for management opportunities.
