I am the founder of Amplitude Equity (formerly EZ Real Estate) which owns and operates a multifamily real estate portfolio with over 3,000 units worth $650M throughout AZ, TX, and WA. I have been investing in apartments for over 13 years and used this strategy to quit my corporate IT job after 10 years. Since reaching my financial independence, I am now able to focus on helping others do the same through my syndication company and educational brand EZ FI University. I'm passionate about helping others build a path to FI, get empowered through education about passive real estate investing, and generating solid returns for my investors while also cultivating valuable, long term relationships with them.
