I am a returning member of Bigger Pockets, retired and settled in my new retirement occupation of Real Estate. In 2015, I lost my husband, my home and my 30 year job at Disney. I did not know what to do. At that point i had ended up with a nasty little 1100 square foot rental, a small 401K and 60 thousand dollars of Disney Stock. I decided to fix my little place up and since it turned out so well I thought..."hey I can do this" I took what I had and started flipping house with the help of all I read on Bigger Pockets and the Mortgage Calculator! Now I'm set! Loving Life!
