I own a business called Comprehensive Accounting that provides bookkeeping services for small businesses. That's going great, but it won't give me the retirement I want. We own 4 rental houses in Duluth, MN and now we're about ready to make our first bid on a 10+ unit. I want a portfolio that will cash flow me into retirement and beyond. UPDATE: It's been 7 years. I sold the bookkeeping business and we now have a bunch more houses that we rent. It's almost time to retire and use the proceeds from our rents to live the dream!
