I have been a realtor for almost a decade and began investing in 2014 when I bought a property rehabbed it and have a very happy tenant. I recently bought and rehabbed a condo and make a $20k PROFIT so I was happy with that. My next flip I would like to move a bit more upmarket - bigger investment + bigger risk = more profit right. I am looking forward to soaking up the knowledge from fellow BP members.
