Hey BP world! My favorite part about REI (besides the income, of course) is networking with and helping others so feel free to reach out! My second favorite part is the freedom REI gives me to travel and explore! I've lived/studied/worked in 20+ countries and countless cities. While I love my urban garden and eight chickens, I truly am a nomad at heart. Like many other entrepreneurs and self-starters, I have a unique background that lets me connect with lots of folks the world over. Before falling in love with REI, I worked in factories, as a missionary, as SEO content marketer, in agricultural tourism, and several odd jobs in between. I love learning and have a BA and a MS degree in environmental science, a degree in linguistics, and an MBA (with zero debt!). I'm passionate about languages and have studied Spanish, Zulu and French. (Zulu is now just a party trick; Spanish is now basic at best; French is still passable) When I'm not doing something RE related, I LOVE running. I run at least a marathon a year (St Jude in Memphis) and lots of other smaller ones during the year. I'm also a proud "streaker" - meaning I run at least one mile per day every day (currently on run streak day (RSD) #1054!) Experience: My husband, Sam, and I started flipping homes in Tennessee 5 years ago. Since then we have flipped dozens of houses and have two rentals and are looking to grow our empire! :) Real Estate Goals: I want to buy a house per week and either flip or keep it. Plus I want to move into a cash-flowing duplex or quadplex. (plus learn tons and have fun doing it!) Currently Seeking: Knowledge about structuring investment deals with hard money lenders and IRAs. Always looking for more investors!
