Eliza Sprague

My fiancé and I moved from New York to Austin, TX two years ago to start our investment company, and absolutely love Texas and real estate. We've recently re-located to just outside of San Antonio, and are excited to continue making connections in the area! I work in corporate finance and first began studying real estate while still in New York. We began building our business as soon as we arrived in Austin and currently have a fourplex in New Braunfels. We are looking to scale this year, with a target of acquiring three 4-15 unit multifamily properties in 2021. In the next year, I am also looking to: 1. Expand my network in San Antonio/Austin area 2. Complete at least one of our acquisitions in a partnership 3. Continue building out our team.
