As a hospitality entrepreneur, I pioneered short-term rentals in 2007, later becoming one of Airbnb's longest-tenured superhosts before pivoting to mid-term rentals. My designs and expertise have been featured in USA Today, NBC, and Business Insider. As a serial renovator I've re-imagined houses ranging from shotguns to Victorians, with transformations featured in design sites like Apartment Therapy. Most recently I transitioned an underperforming 16-unit property to a hybrid long+mid-term model, increasing NOI 77 percent in less than four years. I'm now helping investors accelerate revenue through strategic design and positioning.
