We are able to provide a third party view analyzing deals, monitoring repairs and upgrades (in order to make sure the client isn't paying for work that wasn't performed) and as licensed real estate agents we oversee the sale as well. We are a full time multi-lingual real estate team focused on building long term relationships with investors, hedge fund managers, CPAs, Bankruptcy attorneys, estate attorneys and anyone else involved in the acquisition and disposition of real estate! After working for several years with Real Estate Investors in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale areas, we were contacted by Blackstone, one of the leading investment firms in the world, to help build their real estate portfolio. We had specific metrics of what they were looking for and how they wanted their acquisitions analyzed. It was a valuable experience not only our team but for all of our clients. Currently our team helps Real Estate Investors build their portfolios, both Single Family and Multifamily whether to buy and hold or to flip. We work with Nationwide Institutional funds as well as local private Investors. During the REO boom we also worked for several US Government agencies including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD.
