I've been interested in investing in RE for a long time and I'm happy to have found BP and hope to meet like-minded individuals in my area to network with and expand my knowledge. Current situation: Working full time, majority of my capital is in stocks, Primary residence is owned outright, 1st rental property w/ long term tenant and ~104k left on the mortgage as my only debt. Goal: Financial freedom before age 40 so I can "retire" from the rat race but the earlier the better.
