Elliott Hallum

I'm currently stabilizing a commercial building in small town TN. I help people buy cash flowing rental properties and cash out refi properties (BRRR). I have taught a course about how to buy your first rental property. I'm obsessed with using real estate as a wealth building strategy! I'm the Past President with the Real Estate Investors of Nashville (reintn.org) and believe in educating new investors to conduct business ethically and responsibly. All we have is our reputation. When I say I'm going to do something, I do it. I'll never talk you into a bad deal for a measly commission. Our relationship is too important!
