I’m new to real estate investing, although watching real estate properties and trends has always been a “side” obsession for me. So after working 24yrs in healthcare, I plan to start investing in buy in hold properties as a way to diversify. Presently in the “learn all I can phase.” .... Update July 2019. Bought my first SFR and investing with a home flipper as a hard money lender; on 5th deal.
