Elliott McAllister

Born in Tampa, I have both domestic and international real estate sales experience. My focus has always been on finding investment properties that meet potential investors needs for cash flow. I am a self-motivated, reliable worker with experience in real estate sales, all forms of prospecting, negotiations, account management, and customer service. I am willing to put in the hours it takes to achieve my long-term goals, and the goals of my team. I am a team player with a creative mind, and the ability to lead and make others around me great. I started my real estate investment career in Dallas Texas in 2014, buying turn-key assets for hedge fund buyers. We specialized in purchasing homes throughout the DFW, and I closed 46 transactions in my first 2.5 years as a real estate agent. From Dallas, I was given the opportunity to sell real estate for Mahogany Bay Village in Belize, where I currently work. This is a boutique collection by Hilton known as Curio, and we are the first luxury branded hotel in the country of Belize. We are also the only resort in the country where you can book with points.
