Interested in short term rentals and long term rentals. My husband and I have some properties in California and Henderson, NV. We are currently interested in short term and long term rentals in Indianapolis (Little Flower and Broad Ripple areas). Apart from broadening our knowledge on real estate, we would like to continue growing our business in Peru. If you are interested in short term rentals, Indy and/or Peru, I would enjoy hearing your insights and ideas about the market and trends. As for a little more information about myself, I am an ESL instructor at two community colleges in southern California. Although I enjoy my career, financial freedom is not part of that career, so we have taken to making financial freedom our #1 priority in order to be able to live a more fulfilling life and passing our knowledge to those who would like to learn.
