About myself
I'm a newbie investor, been taking in tons of content and now looking to make my first investment property purchase before end of 2023, looking in several markets (CA, FL, TX, AZ, IL). Interested in doing fix & flip or BRRRR, Buy & Holds, STRs and LTRs. I can help other investors with EMD, JVing on deals or be boots on the ground in SoCal area. Love to connect with like minded people, learn more, with outcome to replace my W2 with passive income and continue to grow my network!
