I am an aspiring Buy and Hold Real Estate investor from the Bay Area, but currently living in Sacramento! I'm looking to connect with other creative, like-minded individuals who would be willing to work hard together now in order to build a strong future and a strong network in Real Estate Investing. I am specifically looking for opportunities in the single-family home space with potential for a garage conversion into an ADU or backyard detached ADU, OR in the small multi-family property space in and around Sacramento, CA. I want to gain firsthand experience as a landlord by house-hacking my first property, as well as by undertaking modest rehab/renovation projects in order to learn the ropes and add value for my tenants in my homes. I'm looking forward to learning all that I can in the Forums, the webinars, and in my own research in order to do what I can to provide value everyone else on the site.
