Emily Elizabeth Veronica Wright

I’m based in Philadelphia with a background in high end residential architecture. Over the past two years, I worked with high net worth clients on large scale custom homes and was deeply involved in the day to day operations of the firm. I managed client relationships, design direction, consultant coordination, budgets, and timelines, helping bring complex builds from concept to completion. I love architecture and I love building. But I want to operate across the entire process, not just one piece of it. From acquisition to construction to long term ownership, I want to understand how the whole machine works. I’m now licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and intentionally stepping into investment and development. I understand construction, numbers, and aesthetics, and I’m here to keep learning from people who have already built what I’m working toward. It’s not always easy finding like minded investors and developers at 23, so I’m serious about building relationships with people who think long term and move with intention. If you’re in NJ or PA and building something meaningful, let’s connect. I’m here to learn, collaborate, and add value wherever I can.
