Multifamily Syndicator & Investor We focus on Large Multifamily Syndications! PORTFOLIO: 3,000+ doors in multiple markets in the Southeast. We currently live in Portland, OR and love networking and getting to know other real estate investors in our area and across the country! We own some single family homes and smaller multifamily properties, but our main focus now (since the end of 2017) has been solely on larger 100+ unit apartment complexes. We currently own apartment complexes in Oregon, Texas, Georgia, Arkansas, Alabama, Iowa, Tennessee, Florida and Indiana. We are always looking to expand into other markets and love partnering with other like-minded investors!!
