Relatively new to Bismarck, I initially intended to purchase on arrival but decided against it as I was unfamiliar with the area (and the prices freaked me out). Exactly 1 year to the date, I bought my first home (a duplex) which I house-hack (the second unit is used as an MTR/STR). My focus now is on out of state markets - specifically Memphis, TN. I'm looking to scale, partner, and learning creative financing methods. I analyze at least 10-20 properties/week (the numbers get my blood pumping!) with the intent to purchase 1-2 properties a year.
