I recently dropped my real estate license but still love real estate! I now have a Popstream account to analyze properties and own equipment that allows me to create virtual replicas of properties for better efficiency. I know how to pull data, analyze deals, find financing, and make offers. About the only thing I don't have is cash on hand.
