Owner, Nancy has more than 20 years of management and finance experience; and, business partner, Steve has 20+ years of service and technology experience working in various industries. They have successfully operated a vending business for ten years before moving into real estate investing. They are active members of RE Mentor and local meet ups. Experience: Expanding financial portfolio by way of diversification with rentals (single family & multi-family) investment properties. Own several single family rental properties in Florida, to date. Expecting to expand investment portfolio within the next few years with multi-family properties of 24 to 61 units. Real Estate Goals: Real estate investment goal is to focus on early retirement with positive cash flow to support - living expenses in addition to retirement cost.
