I’m a Michigan-based real estate attorney, short-term rental investor, and host. My husband and I own and operate multiple short- and long-term rental properties across West Michigan, and we’re actively scaling our portfolio. I focus my legal practice on helping real estate investors with entity structuring, asset protection, contracts, and the legal issues unique to short-term rentals, including zoning and compliance. Before launching my private practice, I spent over a decade in government enforcement and investigations, which gives me a practical, risk-focused perspective on deals. Because I’m an active investor myself, I understand the realities of acquisitions, renovations, financing, and operations. I enjoy connecting with other investors, sharing lessons learned, and helping people grow sustainable portfolios the right way.
