I’m building a remote real estate sourcing operation focused on identifying off-market and distressed residential opportunities in U.S. markets, with a current focus on the DFW area. My role is primarily on the research and sourcing side — finding potential opportunities, researching the property and market, and connecting relevant deals with active buyers and investors. I’m currently focused on building relationships with investors, buyers, wholesalers, and other real estate professionals who are active in DFW. I’m particularly interested in learning investors’ acquisition criteria and building mutually beneficial relationships around deal sourcing and JV opportunities.
