Hello! Since this is about me: I'm educated and studied Stats so naturally, real estate is pretty awesome when you love data. I've mostly been working on IT projects ( I do web development and mobile apps) but during my spare time, I love to look at data trends, learn things about real estate and work on developing side incomes. While I haven't flipped anything yet, I'm working on building my Ocean-front house in Los Angeles...Ultimately I'll get into cash flow investing and maybe flips if It's worth my time.
