Have spent 2 years getting educated on commercial real estate and analyzing different out of state markets to invest in. Have had a few properties under contract, including a seemingly amazing opportunity with owner financing, only to find out deal breaking info on each one. Feel like I have wasted a lot of time trying to get to know more about out of state markets so am now switching to investing locally and determined to close on my first multifamily investment property before the end of the year and be at 5 properties by end of 2020.
