Hello! I am a veteran, self-proclaimed non-traditional Realtor and owner of Tracy Taylor Properties. What does non-traditional mean? I specialize in finding foreclosures, distressed properties, tax liens and off-market deals at the IDEAL time that benefits everyone - buyers, investors, banks and homeowners alike. (But shhhh...I can't reveal my secrets....) I am also building my own portfolio with fix and flips as well as buy and hold properties. Currently, I am working on multi-state licensing to expand my opportunities. I am always looking for fearless partners and eager players to grow our mutual businesses!
