Experience: In 2012 we purchased our first foreclosure which we rehabbed and lived in for almost exactly two years. We sold and made a nice profit which led to us buying the property we currently live in. It was also bank owned and needed a lot of work. After completing the rehab we took out a home equity line of credit and bought our first rental with cash through auction.com. After the rehab and renting it out we refinanced and pulled out all our cash (BRRRR). We have since repeated this process three more times and currently have four rentals. I am officially hooked and always looking for new opportunities. Real Estate Goals: I would like to hold 20 to 40 rentals by age 50. Currently Seeking: Deals in Chardon, Ohio and surrounding areas.
