I got my start by purchasing a SF home in a great school district with a condemned house and 1/2 acre of land. I flipped that property and invested the profit into a fourplex. A few years later and some repairs, improvements, and near market rent raises, I put it up for sale for a healthy profit (currently in progress). Moving on to bigger property investment projects.
