Enrique Roth

Hello, Bigger Pockets community! 👋 I'm Enrique, a real estate investor with a passion for building wealth and creating lasting success. Since 2022, I've been navigating the exciting world of real estate, specializing in single-family and multi-family rental properties. 🚀 Journey Highlights: I got into my first real estate property back in 2022, and I am part of a few multifamily rental investments as a Limited Partner, leveraging cash flow from my first rental property. I was part of the 9-month Project X program by Robert Shemin, a renowned figure in real estate education. The program helped me polish and sophisticate the skills and knowledge I acquired throughout my journey, I also learned a lot about how to build strong teams, find the capital you need to make deals happen, and what mistakes to avoid in my journey as a real estate investor. 💡Philosophy for Success: I firmly believe that success in real estate goes beyond strategic execution. It's about building and maintaining strong connections, creating value for others, and understanding that, "If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together." 🌍 Vision and Aspirations: My goal is to build a robust real estate portfolio and company that not only fulfills my dreams but also creates substantial wealth for everyone on this journey with me. I'm dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where we thrive together. 🤝 Values and Commitments: Dedication, honesty, ownership, respect, kindness, empathy, and self-awareness are the pillars of my personal and professional values. I am committed to continuous learning, fostering long-term relationships with like-minded individuals, and adding value wherever I can. 🌟 Beyond Real Estate: Outside the real estate world, I'm a people person who has lived in three different countries, I love to travel, spend time in nature, go on adventures, and sports (both playing and watching). I'm passionate about connecting with people, learning new things, and building a life that allows me to spend quality time with my family and loved ones. Let's connect, collaborate, and embark on a journey of mutual success! Feel free to reach out for engaging discussions, networking opportunities, or just to share experiences.
